What is known about a safe dosage?
The correct dosage of C60 in olive oil has not yet been scientifically evaluated.
For those who want to experiment with the long-term benefits of C60, read on the internet that the most common and most commonly used dose is 5ml per day.
We can agree with this. As a recommendation we recommend starting with 1 or 2 teaspoons per day (approx. 3-5 ml), which is possible at any time of the day, with or without a meal. No side effects or overdoses are known.
Performance athletes use an alternative method, they prefer to consume 50 ml or 100 ml once a month. This method would provide a demonstrable performance improvement among some of them.
We preferred to build up quietly and let the body get used to it. Consume a lot of water, in a few cases slight detox symptoms may occur for a short period.

How can you save it?
To protect the product against the influence of light, we recommend that you store the oil in a place where it is protected from both heat and light, such as a cabinet that is not near the stove or other heat-generating devices. If this happens, simply return the oil to room temperature, returning the product to its normal consistency. When properly stored, the unopened bottle of C60 olive oil has a shelf life of up to two years.
